All glasswork shown in the shop section is the actual work for sale. All pieces are one-of-a-kind. You will receive the piece you see photographed and purchased on the website. I do not show a “stock” piece and then send you something similar. I am happy to discuss any of my work with you at anytime. Call me!

INSTALLMENT PLAN

Installment purchases are available. Work will be shipped when the purchase price is paid in full.

A deposit amounting to one fourth (¼) of the purchase price of the piece(s) is required. A payment charge of one fourth (¼) is usually paid in monthly installments until the total is fully paid. Any other arrangements must be approved in advance.

 

SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with shipping prices. Placed orders will be shipped 3 – 5 days from payment and usually sooner.

Orders up to $200 – shipping cost is $12 Standard Ground. AK & HI add additional $14.

$201 to $500 – shipping cost is $26 Standard Ground. AK & HI add additional $21.

Over $500 – Free Shipping.

International – Pease contact us directly before the order is placed.

All orders are shipped “best way available” ground unless arranged otherwise. We do not ship COD. Shipments cannot be made to a PO Box.

Express, Next Day, Two-day shipping, designated carriers, etc will be charged the actual shipping costs charged by the carrier. Please email for prices.
Delays, while rare, are sometimes unavoidable. Buyer will be notified as soon as possible if there is a delay.

We recycle shipping boxes! It’s good for the environment. Please do not be surprised if shipment is arrives in an ugly (but safe) box.

 

TAXES

All duty and taxes imposed by individual countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Tennessee residents will have a 9.75% tax on all orders placed.

 

RETURNS

We are happy to make returns/exchanges if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please contact us immediately. All returns are pre-authorized by email.
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase date.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and adequate packing. Replacements are shipped when the original order has been received at the studio. Orders are considered final 10 days after arrival.
While very rare, glass can sometimes break during shipping. If any piece of glass is damaged or lost in transit, the buyer must file claim with the carrier.
Every effort is made to have prices shown to be correct. Pricing mistakes can happen and will not be viewed as false advertising. Prices may change without notice.
CARE

Drinking glasses and stemware should never have hot liquids in them. Never…ever…ever.

If for some reason a glass breaks for a reason other than dropping, throwing, hot liquids, or impact of any kind, please contact us about a possible replacement.

It is NOT recommended to put glass in a dishwasher.
